Education and Experience - Amanda has been with Lightheart|Sanders for over 7 years serving in a variety of positions including document scanner, receptionist, accounts receivable and payable clerk, and now in business accounting.  She received her Associates Degree in Accounting from Holmes Community College in 2009.  While working at Lightheart|Sanders, she also worked for her families various business including Bunny Bread Store (Retail Bread Store), Dreamwork Properties (Real Estate Office), Hopper's Drive-In (restaurant), and Canton Corn Maze (An Agritainment business).

Personal Profile - Amanda married her best friend, Andrew Bodin, on May 30, 2009 in Baton Rouge, LA.  They are currently in the process of building their own home in Brookhaven, MS which is an adventure all in itself.  She loves to do two things in her spare time, which is reading and watching movies.  She can't express the joy I get while reading a book (when she says a book, she means a full-fledged book with paper; not a Nook or whatever those things are called).  A book opens up a whole new world and allows your imagination to time travel, visit new exciting places and meet wonderful intriguing characters.  Her favorite book right now is an LDS Fiction called The List by Melanie Jacobson.  Movies take books to the next level.  It brings the book to life.  She does not enjoy writing in a journal.  She's never been good at it.  She will write in it for a couple of days, then not come back to it for two years.  Her solution to this problem?  Amanda keeps a quote book.  Whenever she likes something someone says throughout her day, she will write it down and put it in her quote book.  She collects all kinds of quotes.  Some are funny, most are inspirational.  She gets a lot of quotes from the movies she watches.  Right now Netflix says she has watched 1,835 movies/TV shows (but she swears it is missing a lot) which comes to 3,670 hours of movie time or 153 days.  That's like watching movies 24/7 for five months...hmm. No wonder she has bad eyesight.  Her favorite color is blue.  She cannot pass up Italian food no matter how much she tries to convince herself otherwise.  They  watch college football, NFL and MLB in her household.  She and her husband love the New Orleans Saints and the Atlanta Braves.  When it comes to college football though, he likes the Oregon Beavers (gross) and she loves the Oregon Ducks.  A house divided.  GO DUCKS!
