Ownership
Lightheart|Sanders traces its roots to 1973, when Ken Pace, CPA started his Certified Public Accounting firm. The firm eventually was name Pace and Company, Ltd. In 2001, Kevin Lightheart, CPA,CVA was promoted to shareholder. In 2006, Jared Sanders, CPA, CFE was promoted to shareholder. In 2008, Ken Pace sold his interest in the company to Kevin and Jared. In 2010, the firm was renamed to Lightheart, Sanders and Associates.
Locations
The firm began its journey in south Jackson, Mississippi. After many years, the office was moved to the Triage Building on County Line Road. In 1998, seeing an growth pattern heading north and with a desire to have its own building, the firm moved to 875 Northpark Drive in Ridgeland, Mississippi. The firm, then had an opportunity to move a little further north and to the beautiful area of Highland Colony Parkway in Madison, Mississippi. The current office is just north of the Madison Avenue, Highland Colony Parkway intersection across from the Cypress Lake Subdivision.
Services and Clients
For over 30 years, the firm has helped its clients achieve success. Our clients range from small one person shops, to larger companies spread across several states. With some of the special niche's we serve, and the ability for technology to make distance irrelevant, we have clients in 43 out of the 50 states. Our core business practice is based upon tax, audit, and QuickBooks services.
